We've journeyed together for 30 days, exploring, experimenting, and embracing healthier habits. Some stuck with us like lifelong companions, while others taught us lessons through their departure. Blue Zone Inspiration
🌎 BLUE ZONE INSPIRATION

In the Blue Zones, people live longer and healthier lives by prioritizing simple, effective habits. They engage in daily physical activity, eat plant-based diets, foster strong social connections, and find purpose in everyday life. These small, consistent actions have a significant impact on their well-being. By integrating some of these habits into our lives, we too can enjoy a healthier, more fulfilling journey.

Dan Buettner, surrounded by joyful locals from the Blue Zone of Ikaria, Greece, toasts to health and longevity. Captured by David McLane, this moment embodies the essence of community, connection, and the simple pleasures of a shared meal.

  1. How I changed during this health journey is looking within myself that i need to change, what ineed to change and move on from and work towards to and also, having the drive to do it. I am finding myself willing to drink more water <3

  2. Meeting myself exactly where I am, and having compassion for myself. Embracing failure and realising that it can be beautiful, as long as you are willing to look at the lesson and grow from it.

I’ve actually learned a lot about myself from the journey. My original goal was to learn to cook. Week 3 or day 22 or whatever day it was when we self reflected, it shifted to really focusing on being present. As that was where I was at. The minute I did that, recognized the need to meet myself at the level I was at, and adjust as necessary. Everything shifted. I got that from the healthy series. That it’s OK to fall, or mess up, or shift goals, or whatever. What’s important is loving and having compassion for exactly where you are at right now in this moment.

And also… thanks for this journey Matt!

  3. I have learned to think, slow down, review, and follow my heart and my head, but my heart and gut first. My head stops me from doing things that I know in my heart I can do but my mind stops me. I have learned as it is still a process I am working on, to go more with what I feel, do my homework but be objective. Love who I am for who I am, smile even when I rather not. I am happy in myself, I feel healthier with what I am doing, know what no longer works, and I am willing to take chances. The coming weeks will determine how well this program worked, and overall I learned a great deal about myself, that in itself is a good way to live. I want to grow and build on this program and on what I’ve learned and move myself further along.
