🌎 BLUE ZONE INSPIRATION

Individuals in faith-based communities, like that of the Blue Zones, often live four to 14 years longer! Their secret lies in the strength of their spiritual connections, which foster a sense of purpose and community.

Baptizing a believer, Seventh-day Adventist pastor Scott Smith says spiritual and physical health go hand in hand. “To accept Christ is to be free, which reduces stress.

Indeed, says Dr. Ellsworth Wareham, who at 91 still assists with heart surgery: “God directs, and God protects.

  1. Being in and with nature with all me senses open. I had a conversation last week with a stranger on the beach who is very concerned with the immigration issues in the US re: our current president. We agreed if he could really look at the beauty in the world, he’d be a kinder human. Oh and also going to Springsteen concerts! He gives me faith that things will be alright.
