  1. My Spirituality is a core part of who I am. Like Jeanette, there are quite a few things that nourish my soul so to speak. Maintaining a connection to something greater than me (God, The Universe, my higherself, etc…) is incredibly important to me. What I have been amazed with recently, is how integrated into my daily life that connection has become. Of course I am not always in perfect alignment, but there have been so many things (writing things out, taking long walks, an absolutely perfect song for the moment, meditation, or even just taking some deep breathes) that help to get me out of my own head and into a better place. Loved the focus for the day.

  2. For me there is several things that nourish my soul . Meditation just so chills me out and makes me think mindfully about everything past , present and the future . When I need to zone out of my stresses I head to the ocean . I just watch the waves , close my eyes for a while and just be there in the stillness and watch the waves move . No matter how stormy it is the sea is always moving and it reminds me to keep moving with my life . Writing slaps nourishes my soul , when I write stories it zones me out of my world and into a world I am creating .

  3. Gazing at the sky, or at any bit of our natural world, does just that, linking me with all that is and with simple joy of being! For nearly forty years, I’ve been meditating daily, too. The more I practice presence, the more readily it fills me.

  4. I pray a great deal. When I pray, I thank God for what I have been given in this life. So even when it is someone I loved and lost, I look at how grateful I am.

  5. Being by the ocean fills my soul. Being on the west coast of Ireland fills my soul. I can’t always be in these places. On a daily basis meditating fills my soul. Doing art and listening to certain music can do that for me. Being with people and really connecting fills my soul.

  6. Sit quietly in the morning for an hour then pray and sing thankfulness into different areas of my life, my families lives, people that are brought to mind, and our world. It fills me up! ?
