WATCH PART 2 – Clearing Stored Emotions That Hold Us Back

One of the most powerful things we can do to shift our perspective and the way we feel is to work on our energy.

We have these amazingly vast networks of energy channels and portals coursing through our bodies- the chakras and the nadis.

Just like a plumbing system, these channels can get clogged up and cause blockages. When this happens in our energy system, it can cause a physical illness or injury, or a mental-emotional limitation.

This is when we feel stuck and we don't know why.

Fortunately, there are some simple and powerful exercises we can use to help clear out, balance, and re-align our energy bodies so that we are high-functioning, powerful, and inspired.

When working with the intention “I am Brave,” we have a specific chakra, or energy portal, that closely relates to courage and bravery: the third chakra. (1)

When the third chakra is blocked or lacking in energy, we tend to feel weak, scared, and unmotivated to tackle our dreams.

But when the third chakra is alive with energy, WE ARE BRAVE.

By using our imagination and our breath, we can take a stuck, de-activated third chakra and turn it into a fired-up powerhouse that guides us courageously on our journey.
