Description
Why the rainbow!?
Do you ever stop for a moment in your day and notice that your body is tense? That you feel frustrated? That your to-do list feels never-ending, and there’s this go-go-go competing with an endless feeling of exhaustion?
Do you ever feel like growing has to be a painful process, like change is some kind of torture you have to endure to somehow, someday be … better?
IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY
For sure, sometimes change is hard, growth is painful, and we will always have circumstances beyond our control. AND—life is eternally full of whimsey and wonder. What could it hurt to add in some color & ease & a little more space to breathe into your life?
Might you just, feel a little lighter?
A little more curious?
A little more free?

👸 Meet your Rainbow Guide: juniper klatt
juniper klatt is a poet studying to be a doctor of Chinese medicine. She is a bright bundle of curious joy. She has read her poems in coffee shops, late-night open mics, at a wedding, a funeral, to several hundred middle schoolers, and to one or two souls in the kitchen. Her words follow questions and stories, through her book, 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 (2019), to her most recent work, 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘣𝘰𝘸 (2020). Look for her with a mug of earl grey tea in hand, notebook on her lap, watching the trees sing.

💪 How to Get the Most Out of 30 Days of Rainbow
We’re here to create a safe place to live with intention and allow our most authentic selves to shine. Here’s the best way for each of us to get there:
Be supportive. Encourage and support your fellow peers. No one here is looking for criticism, cynicism, advice, or judgment. (We can get those things on the rest of the Internet).
Share generously. This is a safe place to be seen. Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another pupil needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.
Be constructive. We’re here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.
Don’t spam, promote, or troll. 30 Days of Rainbow exists to help us learn and grow together. It’s not a place to spam, promote, or bully anyone else.
🙌 You're a Part of Something Bigger
By joining 30 Days of Rainbow, you’re also a member of Intention Inspired, our overarching community. You’ll be able to keep up with our 30 Days of Rainbow activity both here, but also in your main Intention Inspired Activity Feed (think about it as our own Facebook newsfeed with Course and other activity all in one place).
