The most rewarding thing is the feeling of having achieved something. I do give myself rewards every now and then accompanied with the feeling that I do deserve such rewards; it could be listening to music I like, treating myself my favorite meal, cooking something for others because I’d be feeling energetic enough to do so, or watching my favorite shows.

I typically do not do things for myself if anything I feel guilty for taking time for me so this will be the gift I give myself. Time for myself. Time for myself to do yoga to meditate to journal and reflect to pray.

I started my Intention Inspired membership as a reward to myself. I don’t take the time for myself that I need to and I am hoping this new journey will help me with that.

until I stumbled upon this group my life was a pure mess , been through a horrible childhood full of trauma that still gives me nightmares, I lived in the past and thought I had no future, through this group i now see a future,my past is gone , tommorrow is mines to seize,
Every day I achieve a goal I will reward myself with getting up early, to me getting up at 5am is great , endless coffee , catching up on my favourite show , writing letters and writing my novel,

It’s always been a tricky one for me to reward me, to put myself first. Of course I love and care about who I am, but actually treating myself is not something I do very often. It’s been a big week this week, I won an amazing prize, I have a huge HUGE presentation at work tomorrow… Hmm. I’m going to make a point to buy myself something this weekend to remind myself of the amazing things that have happened and continue to happen this week. Too often I just get caught up in all of the stuff I have to do. So I’m going to take a break and shop, lol. No idea what I will get for myself though, but I know I will figure it out.
