This week we started with a short body scan meditation to realign the mind and body. Then we explored topics like inspiring the youth on intuitive eating, the middle path of staying committed to the practice while not taking ourselves so seriously, the courageous act of allowing and trusting, healing deeper wounds, responding with intention, and more!
