Today, let's acknowledge and release thoughts of inadequacy, practice self-love and embrace our authentic selves—just as we are.

I am letting go of who I think I should be so that I can become more of who I am. As I journey through life’s ups and downs, I embrace and appreciate who I have become. I share the story of who I am, with my whole heart, by letting my most authentic self be deeply felt and seen. I am worthy of love and belonging because just as I am, right this very moment, I am enough.
In this moment, let us release
thoughts of lack and inadequacy.
Returning to the love within our hearts,
trusting we are enough, just as we are.
Perfectly imperfect with no need to prove,
worthy of love, belonging, and truth.
By accepting what is, we are set free
to live with wholehearted authenticity.
In this very healing meditation practice, we'll practice clearing our minds of judgmental and critical thoughts. Quite naturally, we return to the compassion and love that is always in our hearts. By connecting to this infinite self-love within, we always know that we are enough.
You are worth it.

Today, spend time listening to those thoughts of ‘not enough’.
Use some space in your journal to unload all the ways you’ve been telling yourself you are not enough. Then thank those thoughts for helping you better understand yourself, and let them go as you say, “I am enough.”
