Fully appreciate all the hard work you've done and what you've accomplished as a result.

I notice the small things more each day.
I have embraced or at least accepted my leadership role at work, and we succeeded at our task. I’ve re-gained an appreciation for my parents, and they seem to appreciate us too. I’ve realized how important for me it is to spend time with my wife, and how hard it must have been for her to support me during my busy seasons.
My life circumstances have not changed, not that I should expect them to. But I realize at least that the circumstances themselves are nowhere near terrible, but not wonderful either. Maybe what I am supposed to get out of this is that there is more to life than my current experience, and that some things in my life are from God and other things are there to remind me that this world is not my home.
I completed the challenge. Honestly, it took longer than 30 days but unlike before – I came back, picked it right back up and finished it. Now , when I fall, I understand the value in resting and reflecting, then getting back up with wisdom. I’ve grown out of the habit of rushing up and inevitably falling in a stumbling pattern of frustration. I have shed this cyclical behaviour. I have progressed in my projects and have more meaningful interactions and authentic relationships.
I am patient, I am vulnerable, I am strong, I am worthy, I am wise – I am love
I am able to appreciate the small things more and I am able to recognize the bad is temporary and it will pass.
