CONTENT – AFFIRMATION

I am content when I take pleasure in the nourishment that every bite of food brings. Savoring my food helps me be fully immersed in the present moment. When I am conscious of every bite I put in my mouth, I am free from stress and anxiety. I appreciate all the elements and efforts that were required to allow me to partake in each meal. I eat consciously when I am hungry and stop eating when I am full.
