The 80% Rule: stop eating when the stomach is 80 percent full. That 20% gap is the difference between losing weight or gaining it

Your stomach is about the size of your first. So a good way to follow this rule is to remove a finger and only eat that much food in one sitting. Yes, the stomach stretches, but it would prefer not to.
