Today, take 10 minutes to reflect on your health journey.

We’ve gone through a lot over the last 22 days. We owe it to ourselves to take a step back and see how things have changed. Our diligent hard work blossoms when balanced with reflection.

Fortunately, that’s what Intention Inspired is all about! Whether you’ve realized it or not, each day along this 30-day series has likely prompted you to reflect on how each intention applies to you.

So today, we’re going to put all this daily training to use by reflecting on our experience through this series as a whole. This bird’s eye view gives us a realistic perspective of how we’ve been navigating our personal journey and what we can try tweaking and fine-tuning to make the days to follow even more helpful and healthful.

Ask yourself the same heartfelt questions two dear friends would while catching up over coffee.

Food for Reflection

Asking yourself more “what” questions than “why” questions. “Why” questions can highlight our limitations and stir up negative emotions, while “what” questions help keep us curious and positive about the future.
