I am selfless because when I put the needs of others before my own I am fulfilled from the inside-out. I share my gifts freely because I know I am not better or more inherently better than anyone else. There is nobody more or less worthy of my compassion. All lives have equal value. My selflessness reduces suffering in myself and others in ever-widening circles.
