  1. When I push away and ignore a emotion or thought it will either come back because I found no solution to the problem that is causing the feeling or it comes back in another situation.

  2. What happens to me is that it continues to fester and to bother me because I didnโ€™t deal with it at the time. I think I do that a lot and thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m here so I can learn how to cope with these uncomfortable emotions and thoughts.

  3. Unless you deal with negative thoughts etc it comes back stronger . Tackle it head on but be in control of your thoughts and not let them be in control of you

  4. When I decide to push or ignore a natural uncomfortable feeling, I tend to lose myself like losing a sense of who I am because I regard my emotions are a powerful force within me. I also put myself to experience more pain and constraint physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally. I am trying to control it all for the better! Thanks for today’s challenge! ๐Ÿ™‚ It has helped.

  5. I get mad at myself when I find I keep going back to that thought or I think, I am not going to change my thought because it is not how I feel right now.

  6. This has surfaced quite a bit recently. I can’t put the “bad/negative” away. It’s part of me. It’s part of my experience. It’s part of what makes me who I am. Of course it doesn’t feel great in the moment. But by accepting that I actually feel like sh*t, I’m able to work through it. I laughed a few times today when I walked past some waves and imagined myself battling it with a tennis racket <3
