LOVE – SCIENCE STUDY

There are a limited amount of physical sensations the body can produce.

In fact, love and hate are nearly the same, physiologically speaking.

Fear and excitement also produce the same physical sensations and studies show that by mentally labeling anxiety as excitement, performance on tasks like public speaking or taking a test improves.

In essence, how we interpret the energy moving through our bodies impacts our experience, in real-time, in the real world.
