ALIGNED – MINDFUL MOMENT

Today, try this visualization exercise in order to align with one of your current goals.

Close your eyes and relax your body. Take a few deep breaths. In your mind’s eye, picture yourself achieving your goal. Visualize in great clarity what it will look like and feel like. Picture everyone who is there and take it all in. Breathe and keep visualizing as you feel in your body what it’s like to achieve this goal. When any obstacles come up in your mind, take a deep breath and stay focused on your vision. Practice this for 3 minutes.
