More often than not, it's a forceful mind that gets in the way of living a present life. Today, we are going to practice basking in the moment by letting things flow naturally in whichever direction they like.

Iโve been getting better at letting things go. Before, Iโd fixate on the negative and repeat it in my head until it grew to something it didnโt need to. Today I still have a reaction, but I can let it go before long. Iโve also noticed that trusting things will be ok has been working great. Things just line up sometimes. ๐
i can appreciate living in the presence and i find magnificence in my being.
Also, if something goes my way then i will mindfully respond by thanking the moment of something different to become open, responsive and resilient.
I will know that its all unfolding exactly as its meant to and be grateful for the opportunity to learn/grow and expand through it.
Next time I am presented with adversity, instead of heading down the resolution road, I will step back so I can see all my options and then react. At times I have more of a reactive nature not giving me time to be graceful in my approach to the issue.
I will try to shake it off.
I have had a challenging week but still found time to laugh
I am graceful because I rise above problems and see the perfection in all.–Now THAT is inspiration. I need to rise above the problem, and see the perfection in the way things are going….they may not seem correct right away, but in the end…..it is the best, the most perfect way for my path to flow.
I will stop, work on the breath and think mindfully versus reacting. I will remember that this too is what is supposed to happen, and work through the situation gracefully, knowing that God meant for this to happen. Do not resist, just go with the flow.
