If we don't have our feet under us, we are quickly derailed by the distractions of life. So today, we will focus on grounding ourselves in the physical sense by checking in with our body and senses. This is prime us for the coming days as we also focus on our mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

being able to smile, move and joke about silly things
I’m grateful for my body because it allows me to get out of bed daily and continue actively living.
I am grateful that my body allows me to write, which is one of the things that makes me feel better when I’m down. It lets me put my creations that are in my brain on paper. It’s a pretty powerful thing.
It has kept me alive even when I haven’t wanted it to. It allows me to move through the world and have experinces and interact with others. My body is able.
Similar to what Pam said, I am grateful that my body is fully able and continues to function/thrive whilst I am mentally unable.
