A simple breath loaded with fullness, Alive and awakeness. Exhaling with letting go of all unnecessary tension in body and mind.
A diary prooves to be extremely effective. Writing it down a single, focussed time finishes the task and stops the whirling wheel of thought.
Going back to the essentials. What matters? What is not important – only causes tension and barely any reward?
Live a life that is important to you. Because you are important.
I have a difficult time mediating because my mond wanders almost immediately. I have noticed that if I get enough sleep (at least 7 1/2 hours), exercise and eat healthfully I have more clarity of thought.

When I value the transitions, just as much as the ‘next event,’ I find that intention in the transition helps shed any unneccessities and set the stage for what’s to come.
Me time…scheduled, purposeful and deliberate! I like the idea of a electronic detox
I feel like I have said this over and over recently, but meditation has really been really life changing for me. I start each day with it, but what I have found myself doing more and more each day is taking moments to pause and breathe throughout the day. I think Ebin called it hitting the pause button before. For so long I thought meditation had to be full on lotus position and om sounds and all of that, but it doesnt. It’s whatever is right for you. And while I love my morning practice, I’m also starting to really value and appreciate consistently paying attention to how I am feeling and taking those few moments to actively pause and breathe throughout my day as well.
