  1. I had already started thinking about this on Day 1 that I need a routine and not to be rushed and to take time for myself in the morning and to ensure that I stick with it. I started this yesterday and it was a bit messy but I will continue to work on it. Yoga and mediation are my 2 areas of focus. Mainly the reason I don’t follow through is I am too tired or just don’t want to get up when it’s cold or just maybe stay in bed with hubby. If I push through I always feel great but can’t tend to hold onto that feeling for motivation.
