As our modern lifestyle becomes increasingly stressful and demanding, our energy levels decrease and we end up drained and mentally exhausted. To avoid this, we need to get back on track and become more focused and alert, especially when we are engaging in work activities or connecting with our loved ones.

To keep our mind and body sharp we need to eat correctly, sleep sufficiently, and make sure to move our bodies in the right way and for the right amount of time. These healthy habits will allow us to maintain our focus and concentration throughout the day so we can be both productive and mentally present.

Your challenge for today is to create a self-care plan for yourself and include it in your weekly schedule. Make sure to cover all the steps needed to get good food, quality sleep, and enough exercise.
