As we ease into Autumn, the season of Harvest, Gratitude, and Preparation we are reminded that Nature's cycles are reflected in our lives.
Tune into this Autumn Season with your whole being. See if you can capture the essence of Fall with each of your senses.

Many of us live by the clock and it might be easy to forget that we live in a world of natural seasons and seasonal change. Each season teaches us lessons about ourselves, other people, and life in general. We know that as one cycle ends another will begin and in each cycle, we have grown and are connecting with greater awareness. Each season helps us transform psychologically, physically, and socially. They strengthen our self-awareness and resilience and enliven our spirits.
This week we focused on the Harvest and Abundance of Autumn, Next week we look at the aspects of Autumn that remind us of the impermanence of all things. Both indicate that Fall is once again upon us.
