START HERE 🔎 Journey Overview

The most powerful work of “Art” that we will ever experience is the discovery of the beauty within ourselves. 

To truly embody our authentic and divine selves and feel that beauty in ourselves we need clarity and understanding.  This journey includes simple practices that engage our attention and intention in ways that can break down habitual conditioning and overcome fearful resistance. It's a fun and simple way for anyone to blossom more fully into their beautiful selves. 🦋✨

Self-discovery may be the greatest adventure of our life.

This journey was designed to expand that adventure. To answer the questions that we ask ourselves daily.

Who Am I?

Why do I feel this way?

How can I change (heal, grow, become conscious)?

Answering these and more specific questions with curiosity rather than judgment and having the courage to take action will transform our lives.

It isn't just a “maybe”.

Once you discover the beauty within you, not only can you find the beauty in all things but your reality will change.

DAILY INSPIRATIONS

While this is designed to be an eight-week journey, please feel into whatever pace feels right for you. Each weekly segment is broken down into short 10-minute daily sessions. Each day, you will be invited to explore one of the following inspirations:

As we embark on the journey of a lifetime together, I'd like to invite you to take a moment to pause, breathe even more deeply, and connect with your heart and intentions.

This journey will be filled with challenges and growth, so let's take a few moments to center ourselves and connect with the purpose that guides us.

  1. 🧘‍♂️ Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or stand.
  2. 🌬️ Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
  3. 😌 Exhale with a sigh through the mouth, releasing any tension or stress.
  4. 🔄 Repeat this process for a few more breaths, feeling your body relax and your mind clear.
  5. 💖 As you continue to breathe, focus on your heart center, and connect with the inmost part of yourself that is alive and radiant.
  6. 🤔 Reflect on your intentions for this journey of self-discovery. What is it that you wish to learn, experience, or accomplish? What reality do you want to create for yourself?
  7. 🌟 Visualize these intentions as a shining light, guiding you through the challenges and opportunities ahead.
  8. 🌱 As you feel more grounded into yourself and this precious life, take one deep deep breath and exhale slowly.
  9. ✨ Affirm: I am grounded. I am present. I am ready to start the journey.

Remember to carry this connection with you as we embark on this adventure together. It will serve as a beacon, reminding us of our purpose and the incredible potential that lies within each of us.
