Strong emotions tend to pull us away from a relaxed state of mindfulness. So today, we will practice being intentional about accepting what every moment brings with peace and equanimity.
Today, we practice allowing our experiences to be just as they are. We get to enjoy them with equanimity and curiosity as they help us find the deeper meaning in life.
