Day 27 of 30 Days of Bravery

👁 INTENTION
Today, let’s challenge our limiting beliefs and embrace our self-worth to unlock our powerful potential to thrive (with style).
Let’s boldly step into a new realm where confidence is not just felt but radiated. Imagine shedding the heavy cloak of doubt and fear, revealing a radiant self, empowered and unabashed.
This transformation isn’t just about feeling good—it’s about realizing your true potential and acting on it.
Your journey begins with a single, confident step forward. Why wait for confidence to find you when you can create it within yourself right now?

💡 INSPIRED POEM

From the chrysalis of self-doubt, we rise,
transformed, our spirit soars the skies.
Confidently stretching our wings out wide,
nourished with love and trust, we glide.
Soaring through wild storms and strife,
we find our rhythm, our authentic life.
Courageously embracing this destined flight,
brings a new dawn of wisdom and light.

💬 QUOTE

“Confidence is like a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it gets.”
–Unknown
This analogy emphasizes the idea that confidence grows through actions and practice, much like how physical strength builds from repeated exercise.

🧬 SCIENCE
Studies show that confident people experience increased success, better mental health, and stronger relationships. Confidence helps us face challenges, take risks, and believe in our abilities. Embrace your self-worth, boost your confidence, and unlock your full potential! 🚀

How has embracing confidence changed the way you interact with the world?
We’d love to hear your takeaways in the comments.

Today I joined a support group for divorced people, I’m very shy so this is a big deal for me. I’m excited to go out and meet new people, get out of my comfort zone
I need to address some issues at work – why people aren’t listening – what egos are involved and how do i get around them? Why I’m not looked at as a go-to? What did I do to no inspire confidence?
Good question. I have never been the most confident person. I don’t see many people each day because I work from home. I guess I could reach out to people and not procrastinate on things I have to get done. Walk confidently towards my dreams.
Stand taller, be positive, know I’m on the right path not just hope I am, be in routine, love myself, always more confident when I practice self love, wear clothes I love
I spoke at an executive meeting about my views despite having been cut from sharing it when I started speaking. I initially pulled back then took another opportunity to speak again and finalise.
I just literally finished my first presentation in front of the client acting in the roll of CEO, and it went really well. While we will have adjust as our final plans as team. What can I do today to act my way into more self-confidence? I can remember this feeling that I have right now. Remember how I was able to successfully bring my team together, put together a presentation that was well received and get constructive feedback/guidance from the client itself.
This project is not finished yet, but I can make point to remember how I am feeling right now in this moment as we work towards that finish line.
